Scholarships
There are a variety of scholarships available for international students who require financial assistance. The number of eligible and successful applicants varies according to the scholarship. Recruitment information on the scholarships is posted on the bulletin boards at each faculty and at the Center for Global Partnerships and Education, as well as on the website.
獎學金
對于需要經濟支援的國際學生，有各種獎學金可用。有資格申請的學生和申請成功的學生的數量視具體的獎學金而定。獎學金申請信息在每個學院的布告欄上貼有，全球合作伙伴關系教育中心和岡山大學網站也有。
Criteria for Eligible Applicants (excluding Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) scholarships)
Eligible applicants should meet all of the criteria listed below.
The enrollment period in the current course should not exceed the course term period at the time of application. The applicant’s GPA of the previous academic year should meet the required grade point average:
Undergraduates: 2.0 and above
Graduate students: 2.3 and above
The applicant should not be currently receiving or be selected to receive, or have applied for any other scholarships.
The annual income of the financial supporter should be less than ¥5,000,000.
The applicant’s spouse is not a recipient of a Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) scholarship or Interexchange Association Japan (IAJ), nor a sponsored student of a foreign government.
The monthly stipend of the scholarship should not exceed ¥30,000 per month if the applicant’s spouse receives or will receive any scholarship or grant.
The applicant should meet all other requirements specified by the sponsor.
※The term “spouse” here includes a partner of a de facto relationship.
獎學金申請標準(日本政府獎學金除外)
必須滿足以下條件才有資格申請：
1.當前課程注冊期在申請的時候不能超過課時。申請人先前學年的平均成績需要達到以下：
本科生——2.0及以上;研究生——2.3及以上。
2.申請人當前不能享受或將享受或已經申請其它獎學金。
3.經濟支助人的年薪在5,000,000日元以下。
4.申請人的配偶不能是日本政府獎學金或日本互相交換協(xié)會獎學金獲得者，也不能是國外政府贊助的學生。
5.如果申請人的配偶享受或即將享受其他獎學金或補貼，申請人每月的獎學金數額不能超過30,000 日元。
6.申請人需要滿足贊助人規(guī)定的所有其他要求。
Application
All applicants must follow the application procedures for each scholarship. Applicants at the Tsushima campus or Shikata campus should submit the required documentation to the Center for Global Partnerships and Education of their campus. Applicants at other campuses should submit the required documents to the Academic Affairs Office of that campus. Recruitment information on the scholarships is posted on the bulletin boards at each faculty and at the Center for Global Partnerships and Education, as well as on the website. Please download the application form from the website, and submit the necessary documents to the Center for Global Partnerships and Education by the due date.
Late applications cannot be accepted for any reasons.
獎學金申請
所有申請人必須遵照獎學金申請程序。Tsushima校區(qū)和Shikata 校區(qū)的學生需要將所需文件提交到所在校區(qū)的全球合作伙伴關系教育中心。其他校區(qū)的申請人需要將所需文件提交到相應校區(qū)的學術事物處。獎學金申請信息在每個學院的布告欄上貼有，全球合作伙伴關系教育中心和岡山大學網站也有。(需要申請的學生)請到學校網站下載申請表，在截止日期之前將所需文件提交到全球合作伙伴關系教育中心。
Scholarship Selection Criteria
Scholarship candidates applying through the university are selected based on the Scholarship Guidelines for Privately Funded International Students.
Scholarship candidates are selected based on: 1. Academic performance; 2. Grade year; 3. Behavior (adherence to the immigration control laws and any other rules); 4. Whether or not he/she received any scholarship in the previous year.
獎學金篩選標準
通過岡山大學申請的獎學金候選人，基于私費國際學生獎學金指南篩選。
獎學金候選人的篩選基于學術表現、年級、行為(遵守移民控制法和其他規(guī)定)以及候選人前一年是否享受獎學金。
Note
Candidates who are waiting for the result of their scholarship application cannot apply for any other scholarship.
Please understand that any willfully false statement is sufficient cause for cancellation and return of the scholarship.
If you are selected as a recipient of a scholarship for which you have applied directly to the sponsor, please report this to the Center for Global Partnerships and Education. There are serious consequences if it is discovered that you have failed to disclose such information; namely, you will not be able to apply for any scholarship through the university, and you may be asked to return the scholarship you are receiving.
備注：
1.正在等待獎學金申請結果的候選人不能申請其他獎學金。
2.任何有意的錯誤陳述將構成取消和返回獎學金的充足理由。
3.如果學生享受直接向贊助人申請獲得的獎學金，請告知全球合作伙伴關系教育中心。如果不告知，一經發(fā)現，將面臨嚴重后果。換句話說，申請人將不能通過岡山大學申請任何獎學金，并且會被要求返回享受的獎學金。
Tuition / Admission Fee Exemption
Okayama University has a system for waiving all or half of the admission and/or tuition fees, or postponing the collection of admission fee. This system is available for regular students (undergraduate and graduate) who have severe difficulty paying their admission and/or tuition fees because of exceptional circumstances, and who are recognized as producing excellent academic results. To apply for this system, please submit an application during the designated period to the Student Support Division.
學費和入學費減免
岡山大學有入學費和學費全額減免和半減免制度，也可以延遲收集入學費。該制度服務于由于特殊情況在支付入學費和學費方面有嚴重困難并且被認定為學術成績優(yōu)秀的統(tǒng)招生(本科生和研究生)。為了申請入學費和學費減免，申請人需要在規(guī)定的時間將申請表提交到學生支助處。
