未發(fā)生過責(zé)任事故、糾紛或大的失誤，但是診治偏差有時還是有的，特別在初入這個行業(yè)時。隨著經(jīng)驗的不斷積累、專業(yè)理論的不斷豐富，基本上很少出現(xiàn)大的偏差。
。。。年，我剛上班半年時，，有個同事在大年三十下午值班室去理發(fā)店理發(fā)，在他離開期間，有個病人病情出現(xiàn)變化，盡管值班護(hù)士及時給予了基本處理，但是醫(yī)生接到通知趕到病房時，病人已經(jīng)死亡。家屬因此向醫(yī)院提出了巨額賠償，雖然并未通過司法程序。該醫(yī)生也因此被調(diào)離臨床轉(zhuǎn)崗。那時病人的維權(quán)意識與現(xiàn)在比不可同日而語，但是仍然給我留下了深刻影響——對醫(yī)生來說責(zé)任重于泰山。而且家屬說了句話，令我至今記憶猶新——如果醫(yī)生當(dāng)時在場，無論病人出現(xiàn)任何結(jié)果，我們絕不會想到院方有任何責(zé)任。

加強(qiáng)探討與交流，仔細(xì)分析臨床資料，開拓思維，通過交流得出準(zhǔn)確的判斷，為病人做出及時正確的治療。同時醫(yī)療行為不是單純的下級服從下級，關(guān)鍵是圍繞病情做好科學(xué)的診療。當(dāng)然作為上級醫(yī)生其經(jīng)驗、能力高度不同，工作中一定要虛心地向他們學(xué)習(xí)、交流、探討。
13、遇到疑難雜癥時你如何處理?
這種病人往往需要住院系統(tǒng)的檢查、治療。入院后，我會認(rèn)真按照診療程序、充分發(fā)掘自己的醫(yī)療知識，對病人進(jìn)行診斷。3日確診不能完成，要請上級醫(yī)師或科主任查房，7日仍然不能確診的話，就要申請科內(nèi)病例討論，或全院相關(guān)專業(yè)大會診。
14、如何看待當(dāng)前社會上相對緊張的醫(yī)患關(guān)系?
一方面來自醫(yī)生、醫(yī)院自身，確實存在少數(shù)醫(yī)生收受紅包、索要回扣、責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)、業(yè)務(wù)能力差以及醫(yī)院管理混亂等現(xiàn)象，對于醫(yī)院、醫(yī)生是一次失誤，對患者是100%傷害，甚至是致命的。因此，存在上述現(xiàn)象的醫(yī)院頻發(fā)醫(yī)療事故和引發(fā)的社會負(fù)面評價在所難免，也是可以理解的。我想，通過提升醫(yī)生素質(zhì)，加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院管理，這種現(xiàn)象是會得到改觀的。
