1.…的健康發(fā)展 the healthy development of …
詞組為“…的發(fā)展”，在名詞前加上healthy去修飾。
比如后面可以加此類名詞“company/school/college/society”等，
2.有利有弊 Every coin has its two sides
這個詞組用了借喻的方式說明事情有利弊，就像硬幣有正反面一樣。
Coin n.硬幣 two sides 兩面，指的是正反面
Positive 積極的 negative 消極的
3.對…觀點因人而異 Views on …vary from person to person
Views 觀點/看法同義詞還有：point/opinion等
…處可添加產(chǎn)生觀點看法的事情(名詞/名詞性詞組/動名詞)
vary from 不同于…
4.重視 attach great importance to…
attach原意為附加的意思，在這里指將其附加極大重要性
同義短語還有：pay attention to/take sth seriously/put a high
value on
5.社會地位 social status
social 社會的，社交的
society 社會
6.把時間和精力放在…上 focus time and energy on…
focus sth on，這里sth可以指“time/energy/money”等
on…之后可接“career/work/study/exam”等
7.擴大知識面 expand one’s scope of knowledge
expand v.擴展/擴大
8.身心兩方面 both physically and mentally
physical 身體的，生理的
mental 心理的，精神的
physical and mental health 身心健康
“and”并列的詞詞性相同，詞義相近，褒貶感情色彩一致
9.有直接/間接關系 be directly / indirectly related to…
be related to 指與…有關
directly/indirectly都是用來修飾relate的
10. 提出折中提議 set forth a compromise proposal
提議n. proposal 提議v.propose
compromise v.妥協(xié)n.妥協(xié)，折中
11. 可以取代 “think”的詞 believe, claim, maintain, argue, insist, holdthe opinion/ belief that
12.緩解壓力/ 減輕負擔 relieve stress/ burden

19. 社會進步的反映 mirror of social progress
mirror of sth原義指“…的鏡子”，引申義為 “…的反映”
