    Nowdays everythings develop to a high level , especially our life. However, keeping fit is still a notable problem.
    Firstly, we should have a scientific dish. Not high albumen is good. Only meat is not healthy. We should take it with suitable vegetibles. Vitamin is important as well.
    Secondly, we should take some sports, such as jogging, skipping, playing badminton , and so on. And keep on doing. examda
