    1.Customer satisfaction 客戶滿意度
    A: How do you guarantee the customer satisfaction?Sometimes they have unreasonable requests.
    B: The way is always to say "yes" to a customer, but the "yes" is conditional.
    A:你們?cè)鯓颖WC客戶滿意呢?有時(shí)他們會(huì)提一些不合理的要求。
    B:關(guān)鍵是對(duì)客戶永遠(yuǎn)說“是”,但這個(gè)“是”是有條件的。
    2.Gain/loss of market share 得到/失去市場(chǎng)份額
    A: Why did we lose so much of the market share?
    B: The government put a control on the loans. People are not buying cars like a year ago.
    A:我們?yōu)槭裁磿?huì)失去這么多的市場(chǎng)份額?

    A: How could we import parts from China to reduce our costs?

    A: He was playing games with me.
    B: We need to figure out how to nail him.
    A:他是在敷衍我。

    1.Price Cut 降價(jià)
    A: For this year, we want to start a new round of price cut.
    B: We knew already, but just didn't konw how much you want to cut.

    2.Recall 召回
    A: Your problem has caused recalls of seventy thousand cars.
    B: We are sorry about the problem. We have provided a solution to the issue.
    A:你們的問題造成了七萬輛轎車的召回。
    B:真的很抱歉,我們已經(jīng)提供了問題的解決辦法。
    3.Request for support 要求支持
    A: There was a request for support from our customer.
    B: Well, what are you waiting for? Go and assign someone this job.
    A:我們的客戶要求技術(shù)支持。
    B:那你還等什么?快去把工作布置下去。
    4.Supplier chain 供應(yīng)商鏈
    A: How are you going to develop the supplier chain?
    B: We have some suppliers in line already. We have targets for the rest.
    A:你要怎樣開發(fā)供應(yīng)商鏈?
    B:我們已經(jīng)有一些供應(yīng)商了,對(duì)其他供應(yīng)商,我們也有目標(biāo)了。
    5.Terms of payment 付款條款
    A: Is there any chance to negotiate the terms of payment?
    B: Anything is possible. You need to convince me that you are reasonable.
    A:付款條款還有沒有再談?wù)劦目赡埽?BR>    B:沒有不可能的,但是你得說服我你是有道理的。
