Job Description:
-Support regional rollout of HRWT and PMO function
-Prepare & propose documents, PPT, tranlation
-Support the team members
Qualification Requirements:
-IT or HR major preferred
-Positive working attitude and detail oriented personality
-Good English communication skills
-Proficiency in the use of PPt and Excel
2.Department:JV Controlling
Job Description:
-Support to generate NEA monthly report
-Support to EA/OP preparation
-Dept.documents filling
-Maintain reporting database
Qualification Requirements:
-Major in Finance related
-Fluent in English
-Good computer skills, especially for PPT and Excel
3.Department:Network Development
Job Description:
Support the Retail Projects team in the following areas:
-Development and delivery of projects for the ‘People in Retail’ program (designed to provide HR support to the retail network)
- Development of retail network support systems, mostly on a project basis (eg. wholesale strategies, concepts and guidelines designed to raise the quality of the retail network in PR China)Assume responsibility for aspects of ongoing and new projects including:
-Coordination of meetings and workshops for ‘People in Retail’ initiatives
-Individual projects under the ‘People in Retail’ Program (regarding recrui
tment, staff retention and satisfaction)
-Administrative team support for ongoing processes such as financial payments, travel arrangements, expense claims etc
Qualification Requirement:
-Graduate or student from relevant field such as business, marketing, English, management, etc;
-Excellent English (Spoken & Written)
-Detail and task orientated, good team player and quick learner
