2. 中標(biāo)函（通知書）
業(yè)主在投標(biāo)書有效期結(jié)束前，以電報通知中標(biāo)者，此電報隨后以掛號信書面確認(rèn)。中標(biāo)通知書應(yīng)在正文或附錄中列入以下內(nèi)容：
（1）完整的合同文件清單，包括以被接受的投標(biāo)書，雙方對投標(biāo)書修改的確認(rèn)。這些修改包括糾正計(jì)算錯誤，修改或刪除某些保留條件。
（2）合同價（Contract Price）。
（3）涉及履約保證的遞交，以及正式協(xié)議書的簽字、蓋章生效等問題。
注意，F(xiàn)IDIC合同文件并沒有統(tǒng)一規(guī)定中標(biāo)通知書的格式。
