Job description:
Ø Project work
- Assist project manager to organize formal teleconference in Asia-Pacific region
- Support project manager in various Asia Pacific wide logistics projects
- Project work (concepts & implementation)
- Prepare presentations and analyze case-by-case
- Arrange meeting with other divisions
Ø Internal website maintenance
- Maintenance and update of department internal website
- Maintenance of internal portal
Ø Administration work
- Other organizational tasks
Requirements:
- University students from any major fields, Master students will be preferred
- Willingness and security to work fulltime (at least 4 days/week) for at least 6 months
- Good experience in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint => MUST)
- Quick learner
- Strong skills of communication and coordination
- Willing to take responsibility
- Logistic back ground is a plus
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing, German is a plus
