Responsibilities
·Analyze job description and source candidates by channels against pre-defined target lists provided by team manager;
·Collect, screen CVs and conduct tel-interview to propose candidate who can match job requirements;
·Organize interviews and other recruitment events;
·Maintain accurate database and do regular HR report;
·Support other assignments with supervision from team manager;
·Take on any additional HR projects and programs as allocated .
Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree or above;
·Sportive,Open-minded, highly analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
·Good in both written & spoken English;
·Willing to take challenges and able to work under the pressure.
