Is Thrift Still a Good Virtue?

[5]In fact, economic growth depends enormously on saving. [5]Besides, there are still millions of Chinese [9]living under poverty line. We can never afford reckless waste.[5]Therefore, [10]it is no doubt that thrift is still a good virtue that we should not give up.
