System administrator
REPORTS TO: Sr. Technical Service Manager
DEPARTMENT: TSC
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- SAP daily operation, include system maintenance and configuration, service activity information collect and input, BI and Real-time report, billing process
- Complaint Handling interface, work with complaint handling team on case transferring
- Spare parts management, include parts order, planning , inventory management
- Goods receiving and shipping monitoring
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree
- Good computer skills, particularly on Microsoft Office Excel
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English and can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
Procurement Intern
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and offer strong supportive effort to the paper work of procurement program, such as copy, scan, classification, report to Procurement team regularly and accordingly within team range;
• Simple procurement work (such as price inquiry) under instruction of procurement team;
• Tracking internal documentation delivery, procurement contract preparation, archiving, etc.,
• Other work under instruction, i.e., to collect data from hotel & travel agents, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Under-graduates at school, the 2nd or 3rd grade in School will be firstly preferred, and under 1st grade during master degree education will also be accepted
• Bacholar degree of Medical related field and/or Business is a plus

Business Operation Specialist (Contractor)

主要工作職責(zé)
a) 協(xié)助渠道經(jīng)理完成年度和常規(guī)經(jīng)銷商的續(xù)約/新增/調(diào)整,包括但不限于與財務(wù)、公司渠道部、銷售經(jīng)理的流程跟進(jìn)和文件整理歸檔;
b) 全國經(jīng)銷商庫存季度盤點、核對和匯報;
c) 每季度經(jīng)銷商業(yè)績評估表(KPI)信息的收集和整理;
d) 公司促銷政策的流程制定和執(zhí)行;
e) 產(chǎn)品投訴流程制定與執(zhí)行
職位要求
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)學(xué)或者商務(wù)管理學(xué)歷優(yōu)先;
2. 跨國公司和醫(yī)藥或醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)銷售支持工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
3. 優(yōu)秀的溝通和表達(dá)能力,執(zhí)行力強;
4. 工作認(rèn)真,細(xì)致,責(zé)任心強;
5. 電腦操作熟練(如MS Office, pivot table),良好的Excel和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;
6. 英語能力良好。
