I disagree that my friends are the biggest influence in my life for two reasons. The first reason is that I can choose who my friends are and when they are my friends. When I was in high school, I had a friend that I used to hang out withevery day, and we were very close, but then he got involved in drugs and areally bad lifestyle. So because of his choices, I made the choice not to be his friend anymore.
The second reason is that even though friends can be close to me, they can never be as close as family can. I love my parents and my sisters very much and I have a great deal of respect for them. So if I’m doing something that they think is wrong and they tell me to stop, I’ll listen to them because they’re family.
That’s why I disagree that friends are my biggest influence
