Each year, the University of Lincoln awards a number of scholarships to academically gifted students from around the world. Depending on your academic ability, intended programme of study and nationality, the level of scholarship can vary.

Santander International Scholarships
Who is it for?
Santander International Scholarships support high-achieving students from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Ghana, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, and the USA.
There will be four ￡5000 scholarships awarded in September 2017, available to eligible international students studying across all undergraduate programmes at the University of Lincoln.
Selection Criteria
The awards will be presented to eligible international students with the highest academic qualifications. Successful scholarship winners will be selected by the University of Lincoln’s International Office on application to the University.
Application Process
There is a separate application form (MSWord) which students must complete and submit by Friday 2 June 2017 in order to be eligible for the Santander International Scholarship.
Students should successfully apply for admission onto a taught degree programme at the University of Lincoln in the year of admission and then receive and firmly accept an academic offer of a place.
If the offer is conditional, the student will need to fulfil the terms of his/her offer in order to qualify for the scholarship.

Engineering Bursaries
Global industry leader Siemens offers a significant number of generous Bursaries to full-time Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering BEng and MEng applicants who make the University of Lincoln their first choice institution via UCAS.
The nature of these financial packages changes each year, but could include a payment each term throughout the course of study to cover living costs, as well as the opportunity to take paid summer work placements with Siemens. Please see examples of the payments below.
Year 1 - ￡4620 – paid in three instalments
Year 2 - ￡5280 – paid in three instalments
Year 3 - ￡5940 – paid in three instalments.
How to Apply
Apply as normal through UCAS to the University of Lincoln for one of the BEng or MEng Mechanical Engineering or Electical Engineering courses
When you receive an offer to study with us, accept it as your 'conditional firm' choice
You will then receive an application form for the scholarship and an invitation to a Siemens assessment day.

Engineering Scholarship Terms & Conditions
Students must complete a 12 week work placement during the summer break
Registration with the IMechE or IET whilst on placement and satisfactory completion of quarterly report
Attendance whilst at University must not fall below 90% per term
Academic work must not fall below 2:2 level
Students who leave voluntarily from the business within a two year period must repay the scholarship on a pro rata basis
Students who voluntarily choose not to accept a position on graduation must repay the scholarship.

工程專業(yè)獎學(xué)金如何申請?

Who is it for?
For self-funding international (non-UK/EU) students with overseas fee status entering the University at level 1 of an Undergraduate laboratory or studio based course costing ￡14,500 or more.

￡1500 deducted from level 1 programme fees
Selection Criteria
You must successfully meet the entry requirements for our Undergraduate programmes at the University of Lincoln.

Academic Excellence Scholarship
Who is it for?
The University of Lincoln offers a range of scholarships to high achieving students from around the world. For programmes commencing in February and September 2017, the university invites applications from students in the following countries: Canada, China, India, Malaysia, Norway, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and the United States.
Scholarship Amount
For 2017, the Academic Excellence Scholarship is valued at ￡5,000 which will be deducted from your tuition fees during the first year of enrolment.
Selection Criteria
There are certain conditions that you will need to meet.
How to Apply
To apply for an Academic Excellence Scholarship, you will need to complete an Academic Excellence Scholarship Application Form and submit to intscholarships@lincoln.ac.uk by 5pm GMT before the following dates:
-For programmes commencing in February, apply by Wednesday 30th November
-For programmes commencing in September, apply by Friday 30th June
Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
