蒙頂茶
蒙頂茶產(chǎn)是中國漢族傳統(tǒng)綠茶，產(chǎn)于橫跨四川省名山、雅安兩縣的蒙山，歷史悠久。產(chǎn)地全年平均氣溫14.5℃，年降水量2000—2200mm，云霧彌漫，能減弱太陽光直射，使散射光增多，有利于茶葉中合氮物質(zhì)的形成。蒙頂茶有益脾胃，能延年益壽，故有“仙茶”之譽(yù)。

Mengding Tea, a traditional green tea for the Han (China’s main ethnic group) with a long history, is produced in Mengshan Mountain across Mingshan County and Ya’an County in Sichuan Province. It requires an average annual temperature of 14.5℃ and an average annual rainfall from 2000 to 2200mm. Mist and clouds contribute to lower amounts of direct sunshine and more diffusion, which contribute to the formation of nitrogen content in tea leaves. The Mengding Tea enjoys the fame of being "xian cha" for its health benefits to the spleen, stomach and longevity.
